David is a member of the Law Society and has been and SRA regulated foreign lawyer for 19 years, he is also admitted to the Bar of Toronto. His law firm Rainbow Solicitors LLP is based in Toronto and employs some 20 people.
He has extensive knowledge of all the needs of business from setting up, to growing the business and the related, issues including financing needs. He also advises clients in the areas of personal tax planning, wills, trusts and estates. He has experience in the purchase and sale of businesses, reorganizations, will drafting, business succession planning, estate freezes, trusts and administration of estates, as well as the purchase, sale and mortgaging of residential and commercial properties.
Rainbow Solicitors LLP was founded almost two decades ago and since then the firm has built a strong foundation in litigation work and specialises in resolution through negotiation, mediation and out-of-court settlements, his skills include property disputes, shareholder litigation and partnership resolution.
